the first case study I did was in 2021, Kawe - an e-book app, which of course, I later wrapped up and publish in 2022, and it’s been two years; however, i am publishing the second today. the reason for this is not farfetched: school and work. even within these years, i have been learning UX from two people quietly and they are: Funmilayo Obasa, who i call Bell Hooks, and Stephanie Orkuma. these two have intrigued me and showed me more about seeing a problem and creating a solution from the lens of the user rather than the creator.
therefore when i started this project, i had materials to fall back on to learn and accounts to scouts for more knowledge. and i think i have improved better as a ux designer. so, welcome to this case study: 419Report.
